Metodo Romania is partner in this project coordinated by Fundación Cibervoluntarios together with organizations from Italy and Norway.

During this third meeting partners shared the advances made in the training materials, as well as in the manual of good practices before starting the trainings with women in the 4 countries of the project. Pilot activities will offer training in topics such as web presence, Digital Marketing or how to attract investors, among other several topics and Technologital tool and services.

The host organization of the meeting was The European Center for Women and Technology – ECWT.

The Youth Move project will help improve, using the possibilities of ICTs, the entrepreneurial competences of young people in the social services area by developing at transnational level a high quality training material that will provide useful tools and tips that can motivate and increase the competence of youngsters to start a business venture in this social field.

With this new European cooperation initiative, on which Grupo Método plays the lead partner role and that involves three other entities with extensive experience in the field of training and entrepreneurship from Romania, Bulgaria and Portugal, we will strengthen our expertise in the promotion and training provision in the field of entrepreneurship among young people, in this case in an area of huge development potential such as the social economy, and particularly in the social services field, one of vital importance due to a context at European level where the demand for these services is growing exponentially, largely due to the aging of the population.

El proyecto Youth Move, con una duración de 20 months, ayudará a mejorar, utilizando las posibilidades de las TIC, las competencias empresariales de los jóvenes en el área de servicios sociales mediante el desarrollo a nivel transnacional de un material formativo de alta calidad, que proporcionará útiles herramientas y consejos que pueden motivar y aumentar la competencia de los jóvenes a iniciar una aventura empresarial en este campo social.

Con esta nueva iniciativa de cooperación europea, en la que Grupo Método ejerce como socio líder, y en la que participan otras tres entidades con amplia experiencia en el ámbito de la formación y el emprendimiento de Rumanía, Bulgaria y Portugal, reforzaremos nuestro papel en el fomento y la capacitación en el ámbito emprendedor entre los jóvenes, en este caso en un área de enorme desarrollo como es el de la economía social, y más concretamente, en el ámbito de los servicios sociales, de vital importancia debido al contexto a nivel europeo en el que la demanda por estos servicios está creciendo de manera exponencial, en gran parte motivado por el envejecimiento de la población.

Esta reunión nos ha permitido realizar una valoración global de todos los productos desarrollados en el marco del proyecto (una aplicación móvil de orientación a distancia iYOT App y un plan formativo para orientadores), highlighting the positive aspects as those that are susceptible of improvement in the future,,es,thus leading us to a continuous improvement in the field of,,es,Career guidance in the areas of training and employment,,es,we have defined the key aspects that we have learned in this project to opt in,,es,iYOT the continuation of the project,,es,under a more ambitious approach that enables us to take a step in the career guidance distance,,es,as the,,es,internationalization tool,,es, conduciéndonos así a una mejora continua en el ámbito de la orientación profesional en los ámbitos de la formación y el empleo.

En este sentido, hemos definido los aspectos clave que hemos aprendido en este proyecto para optar en el 2018 a la continuación del proyecto iYOT, bajo un enfoque más ambicioso que nos posibilite dar un paso más en la orientación profesional a distancia, como la internacionalización de la herramienta, haciéndola extensible a nuevos países de la Unión Europea.

Por otra parte, hemos aprovechado también para avanzar en futuras colaboraciones tanto con los socios del proyecto como con otras entidades eslovenas. Así, hemos perfilado algunas iniciativas conjuntas a desarrollar y presentar en diferentes programas de cooperación internacional, las cuales permitirán seguir reforzando el papel del Grupo Método como entidad de referencia en el área de la formación para el empleo.

At this meeting, además de tratar con nuestros socios de Eslovenia, Austria, Suecia y Portugal los diversos aspectos relacionados con la gestión y las actividades del proyecto, hemos presentado para su testeo la mobile application distance guidance desarrollada por Método (iodine App), principal y más innovador resultado del proyecto y que pondrá a disposición de los individuos que lo deseen, Free and free, información y asesoramiento personalizado sobre las diferentes posibilidades educacionales y profesionales bajo una perspectiva europea.

Por otra parte, hemos aprovechado la reunión para establecer con cada una de las entidades participantes nuevas colaboraciones tanto referentes a la presentación de nuevos proyectos ERASMUS + como a otras iniciativas en el terreno de la formación.

various operational programs of cooperation were addressed related to the innovación y employment, as ERASMUS +, donde además se han expuesto dos proyectos de Grupo Método que están en ejecución, DECO e iYOT; the program INTERREG, with its three variants (interregional cooperation, transnational and borderless) and finally the program HORIZONTE 2020.

The event concluded with a session networking in which all participants were able to exchange their views and experiences on the various programs addressed and European funding in general, así como afianzar futuros lazos de cooperación de cara a futuras convocatorias.

Project progress

At this meeting we have taken stock of the first year of the project, in which we have largely met the objectives. Method has successfully presented its proposal mobile application distance guidance (iodine App), and the integration of the same in the other two software tools project: portal web y training platform e-learning.

At that meeting, which counted with the presence of eight partners from the four countries represented in the project (Lithuania, Bulgaria, Turkey and Spain), we have visited different institutions related to the topic of vocational training (vocational schools, centres offering internship for young people, volunteering entities, etc.) and we have presented the final products / tools obtained in the project of which Método has been the main contributor in both their design and development.

Thus, on the one hand, we have conducted a review on the most effective ways to use the Guidelines on key competences in vocational training schools (“Guidelines for career coordinators at VET schools for key competences training with cooperation with employers“).

While, on the other hand, we have presented the other two complementary tools to the Guide (“Tips for Success” and “Communication for Success”) and that proposes coordinators and teachers of vocational training a series of recommendations and successful experiences at a practical level in the educational field, addressing issues of especial relevance such as motivation, teamwork, creativity, organisation or communication, that enable VET students to increase their competences in these subjects and thus improve their employability and competitiveness in the labour market.

According to the future actions to be taken in the project (whose closing date is on the 31^st of October), we have addressed the issues related to its technical and financial justification, as well as the organisation of the final dissemination events of the project, one of which will be done by Método before the completion of the project, where we must present the project, its objectives and results to a minimum of 30 people from the education and business area.

Finally, we have also taken the opportunity to discuss future joint collaborations, both for the presentation of the continuation of the project (based on the results achieved so far) in the next Call of ERASMUS + programme in 2017, as for other programmes related to the training and employment subject.
