Esta reunión nos ha permitido realizar una valoración global de todos los productos desarrollados en el marco del proyecto (una aplicación móvil de orientación a distancia iYOT App y un plan formativo para orientadores), highlighting the positive aspects as those that are susceptible of improvement in the future,,es,thus leading us to a continuous improvement in the field of,,es,Career guidance in the areas of training and employment,,es,we have defined the key aspects that we have learned in this project to opt in,,es,iYOT the continuation of the project,,es,under a more ambitious approach that enables us to take a step in the career guidance distance,,es,as the,,es,internationalization tool,,es, conduciéndonos así a una mejora continua en el ámbito de la orientación profesional en los ámbitos de la formación y el empleo.

En este sentido, hemos definido los aspectos clave que hemos aprendido en este proyecto para optar en el 2018 a la continuación del proyecto iYOT, bajo un enfoque más ambicioso que nos posibilite dar un paso más en la orientación profesional a distancia, como la internacionalización de la herramienta, haciéndola extensible a nuevos países de la Unión Europea.

Por otra parte, hemos aprovechado también para avanzar en futuras colaboraciones tanto con los socios del proyecto como con otras entidades eslovenas. Así, hemos perfilado algunas iniciativas conjuntas a desarrollar y presentar en diferentes programas de cooperación internacional, las cuales permitirán seguir reforzando el papel del Grupo Método como entidad de referencia en el área de la formación para el empleo.

El proyecto iYOT tiene como principal objetivo desarrollar de forma conjunta, entre socios de cinco países de la Unión Europea, un servicio de orientación profesional a distancia fácil de utilizar, to follow the interests, personal and occupational skills development of adults according to the time available user interested (in your own time), realizado bajo un sistema de apoyo basado en web con un software móvil innovador.

From the day 20 al 25 de marzo la Ljudska Univerza Ptuj, líder del proyecto iYOT, acogerá en sus instalaciones una formación destinada a contribuir a la capacitación de los orientadores.

Se trata de un curso de formación dirigido a profesionales del ámbito de la educación, cuyo objetivo es apoyar a los participantes a adquirir nuevos conocimientos en el ámbito de la orientación a distancia para adultos, en un marco de colaboración Europeo que reunirá a un total de veinticinco profesionales de cinco países de la Unión Europea (España, Portugal, Austria, Suecia y Eslovenia).

Durante la jornada, Método será el encargado de presentar el funcionamiento de la aplicación móvil iYOT, un software de apoyo innovador para la orientación a distancia, desarrollada en el marco del proyecto. La jornada formativa servirá para reforzar y mejorar el funcionamiento de la iYOT App de cara a su futuro lanzamiento, que podrá ser descargada de manera gratuita desde la App Store o Google Play por todas aquellas personas interesadas en recibir información y/u orientación profesional.

Igualmente, la jornada brindará una excelente oportunidad de establecer nuevos contactos de cara a futuras colaboraciones y reforzar el trabajo conjunto entre los socios del proyecto.

Project progress

RESEARCH REPORT ON ADULT’S GUIADANCE COUNSELLING

The research undertaken by the project members of iYOT was two-folded, directed at the state-of-the-art of guidance counselling from a European perspective on the one hand and at the experiences of practicing guidance counsellors on the other.

We were taking a country-specific approach by gathering first-hand data in all the partner countries. We aimed to systematically inquire the experiences and needs of counsellors by designing an interview guide with questions posed to all interview partners and making available key interview passages, which were transcribed in the partner languages and in English for their comparative analysis.

The iYOT report on guidance counselling in adult education together with the comparison amongst particular countries will serve as foundation for the development of guidelines and the implementation of a model for a mobile guidance counselling system in the iYOT-project.

Investigación sobre orientación profesional de adultos

The investigation, carried out by project members iYOT, He has had a dual perspective. On the one hand, we have focused on the forefront of vocational guidance from a European perspective, on the other hand, in the practical experience of counselors.

Para ello, there has been a specific focus of the country by collecting first-hand information on all partner countries: Slovenia, Sweden, Austria, Portugal and Spain. The aim has been to systematically investigate the experiences and needs of counselors. De este modo, It has designed a interview guide con unas preguntas que han sido planteadas a los orientadores que han deseado colaborar con nosotros y de las que se han extraído sus fragmentos más importantes, los cuales han sido transcritos a los respectivos idiomas de cada socio del proyecto y finalmente traducidos al inglés para su análisis comparativo.

This iYOT report on career guidance for adults, along with the comparison between the project countries in particular, servirá como base para la elaboración de las directrices y para la implementación de un modelo de sistema de orientación a distancia en el proyecto iYOT.
