The General Union of Employees of Castilla y León, in collaboration with Grupo Método, is organizing a seminar to disseminate the study “Present and Future of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology in Castile and Leon”, funded by the Regional Government of Castile and Leon, the Foundation for Business anchoring and training for employment in Castile and Leon and by the Agency of Innovation, Financing and Business Internationalization of the Regional Government of Castile and Leon (ADE).

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this seminar is to present the results of the aforementioned study, carried out under the Third Framework Agreement for Industrial Competitiveness and Innovation of Castile and Leon, which will take place on Friday, March 31, starting at 11:00 a.m. in The Hall of Events of the Town House of UGT Burgos (Burgos).

Through the various exhibitions, there will be defined and recommended mechanisms that may favor the development of the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Sector in Castilla y León, highlighting the high potential for development of this Sector in this Autonomous Community, not only as a generator of economic growth, but also as a generator of stable employment and quality, with high stability and a high degree of qualification taking into account that the biotechnology is configured as a field of enormous future development, which offers enormous possibilities for development in Castilla y León.

En los últimos dos meses hemos realizado una gran labor de transferencia de conocimientos y buenas prácticas de España a Rumanía, conducting the organization and development of 6 Study and views 5 workshops that have participated in total over 200 beneficiarios.

Under the Project Sprijin pentru ?anse spori în ocupare, Method has accomplished 2 Study views in September in Vigo, with 14 people in each. He tried to bring entrepreneurs, who had started a business in the context of the project, la transferencia de conocimientos y el saber hacer de personas expertas en el ámbito de la inserción laboral y la cultura empresarial en España. También se creó un marco para la formación de redes a nivel europeo, con el objetivo de trabajar cooperativamente en la creación de nuevo tejido empresarial.

Under the Project FPC SPO – Continuing vocational training – An added value to ensure the quality of services provided by staff personnel Public Employment Service, Method has made 2 revisits study, with 20 participants in each, Vigo in October. Through these visits method favored an exchange of experiences on care for disadvantaged groups among the staff of the Public Employment Service in Romania and Spain as well as other related organizations. There have also been the MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course), elaborados en el marco de este proyecto para mejorar la cualificación de los profesionales del SPO de Rumanía.

Under the project PROMOTOR Laboral – Profesionales SPO para el estudio y la inclusión, They were performed 2 visits Study in Madrid 27 personas participantes en cada una. Estas visitas de estudio han sido dirigidas al personal de dos agencias regionales de empleo de Rumanía para adquirir buenas prácticas y nuevas informaciones con respecto a la inserción laboral de los grupos vulnerables y asistencia personalizada a los empleadores.

On the Project M.A.I.- M?suri active ?i inovative de ocupare pentru ?omeri, It has been realized 5 Employment workshops, with 20 personas each in different regions of Romania. Method has participated in these workshops to inform and advise on improving their employability unemployed who had qualified under the project as: social worker, mediador social, manicura-pedicura y trabajador de comercio.

We emphasize that we have achieved a successful assessment in each of these visits and workshops by the participants, achieving the objectives in each, sirviéndonos además para establecer alianzas con nuevas organizaciones y ampliar nuestros conocimientos y experiencia en la mejora de la empleabilidad.

All this has been possible thanks to the teamwork of all the Departments of Group Method, engaging in planning, organización y desarrollo de las visitas y talleres, aportando sus conocimientos y profesionalidad.
