El proyecto FPC SPO ha concluido con una valoración muy satisfactoria por parte de todas las personas beneficiarias del proyecto
The European project "Continuing Vocational Training: an advantage to ensure the quality of services provided by staff Romanian Public Service” (POSDRU/124/4.2./S/130647), in which method Consultants Studies has participated as a transnational partner, She has come to an end last 30 October 2015. The project has lasted 20 months, since February 2014 to October 2015.
Among the main activities entrusted to Method, highlights organization of 12 Study visits for the staff of the Public Employment Service in Romania (SPO). These meetings were held in Madrid exchange (from November 2014 to March 2015) and Vigo (October 2015) and with the cooperation of public bodies, asociaciones, foundations, universidades, social partners, special employment centers, temporary employment and placement agencies.
Estas Study visits han permitido a 240 Romanian visitors exchange ideas with specialists Spanish Public Employment System, and other organizations linked to it, on how to work and the tools used in the process of employment of vulnerable groups, and know and implement new training strategies for staff Spanish Public Employment System.
As part of this project, Method has also been blamed for the collection and transfer good practices transferable employability of vulnerable groups to Romania. Para ello, and for 15 months of work, the best initiatives and successful performances were compiled, relevant and innovative in the delivery of services provided by staff of the Public Employment Service, persons belonging to vulnerable groups, selecting those practices with the potential for transfer to staff Public Service Employment Romanian (SPO) Romania. Asimismo, Method has also collaborated in the organization of vocational training programs, designing different training modules for the staff of the Employment Service in Romania. Además, and as part of this activity, Method was the pioneer company to introduce innovation in the field of training, designing two training sessions by mode "Intensive course open online" (CEMA) about mooc (acronym for Massive Open Online Course).
