On Tuesday and Wednesday of last week we celebrated the Training Days on Work Methodologies and Cycle of International Cooperation Projects, un evento que hemos organizado con el objetivo de actualizar nuestros conocimientos y fortalecer nuestras capacidades.

Nuestro compañero de Método Colombia, the sociologist Ander Arcos, Cooperation and Human Rights expert, has proposed us content of great depth and detail on all those issues that must be taken into account in the formulation and execution of projects of these characteristics.. En concreto, The following questions were addressed at the seminar:

• International Development Cooperation. General issues.
• The Development, Human Development and Capacity Building.
• Human Rights, Humanitarian Action, International Humanitarian Law and the Human Rights-Based Approach.
• The Differential Approach.
• The Gender Approach.
• The Millennium Development Goals and the Post Agenda 2015.
• The United Nations System.

From a participatory approach, practical and critical, we have reviewed our work formulas to incorporate new knowledge to help us improve in our daily work.

We are fortunate to work constantly directing our efforts to achieve important social objectives, but it is in the field of International Cooperation where we find added motivation to multiply our efforts and generate top quality products and services..
