In December 2015 method gave after their remarkable participation in the Sectoral Operational Program Development of Human Resources corresponding period 2007-2013 (POSDRU 2007-2013). Priority axis: 2. Correlation of learning throughout life with the labor market
In this priority project of improving the skills and training it was implemented through Continuing Vocational Training. This is Project Tailor: Become a future by training (POSDRU/164/2.3./S/136312), contributing to the development of competitiveness Textile and Trade.
Priority axis 4: Modernization of the Public Employment Service
In this priority axis have been developed 3 projects aimed at education and institutional strengthening of the Public Employment Service in Romania, in order to be able to provide quality employment services. The first of these projects is GREEN JOBS: Creating a system of analysis and monitoring of green jobs in Romania (POSDRU/111/4.1/S/91801), whose aim has been to contribute to the creation of an identification system, análisis, monitoring and recording of green jobs in Romania, in addition to providing new tools for management.
It has also implemented the Project FPCSPO: Continuing vocational training – An added value to ensure the quality of services provided by the staff of the Public Employment Service (POSDRU/124/4.2./S/1306479). Priority axis: 6. Promoting social inclusion
By implementing a unique project conducted within this axis, It has been promoted improved access and participation of vulnerable groups in the labor market. This is Project ABIL: casework for sustainable employment of vulnerable people (POSDRU /165/6.2/S/1428039), with which it has provided specialized information, asesoramiento, training and qualification for vulnerable groups, while they are receiving support for the care of their dependents.
