After the meeting in Turkey, DECO project faces its final stretch

La última semana de junio, del 27 al 30, hemos estado en la ciudad turca de Kalkan con motivo de la cuarta y última reunión del ERASMUS project + DECO: “Key competences for career designing in cooperation with labour market”.
At that meeting, which it was attended by eight partners from the 4 countries represented in the project (Lituania, Bulgaria, Turquía y España), We have visited different institutions related to the topic of vocational training (vocational schools, Youth centers practices, voluntary organizations, etc.) and have exposed the tools and final products obtained in the project, of which method has been primarily responsible both design and workmanship.
Así, On one side, we conducted a review on the most effective way to use the Guidance on key competences in vocational schools (“Guidelines for counselors / coordinators vocational schools for training in key skills in cooperation with employers”).
Por otra parte, we have presented the other two complementary tools Guide (“Tips for Success” y “Communication for Success”) y que proponen a los coordinadores y profesores de Formación Profesional una serie de recomendaciones y experiencias exitosas a nivel práctico en el ámbito educativo, addressing issues of particular relevance as motivation, team work, the creativity, the organization or communication, que permitan a sus alumnos incrementar sus competencias en dichos temas y por lo tanto mejorar su empleabilidad y competitividad en el mundo laboral.
Looking ahead to the future actions to perform in the project whose completion date will be next 31 de octubre- We have addressed the issues relating to technical and financial justification and the organization of the end events dissemination of the project, one of which must be done by method before the completion of the project and where we must present the project, its objectives and results to at least 30 people from the educational and business.
Finally, we have used to comment future joint collaborations, both for the presentation of the continuation of the project -based on the results achieved in this project- in the call program ERASMUS + For the year 2017, as if to other programs relacionados con la temática de la formación y el empleo.
